In November of 2017 I went on a retreat to learn more about my leadership style and my DISC profile. The DISC assessment is a non-judgmental assessment used for discussion of people's behavioral differences. Below is a chart with some of the characteristics of different personalities.
Here is a chart of how I ranked on the DISC chart and what my personality represents.

On top of my personality assessment I also took a Gallup Strengths assessment. This assessment told me my strengths and weaknesses and how to best use them. My number one strength was arranger. This was by far my favorite discovery of the retreat and helped me understand why I work so well with people, why I'm such a strong leader, and how to improve upon this characteristic. On top of being an arranger, I was also very strong in communication, empathy, discipline, and positivity. I thought this assessment was accurate and helped me learn more about myself and how to perform at 100% in every situation.
